This policy covers the qourat studio website and correspondence with the studio. Each app has its own privacy policy, retention information and age requirements, linked from the apps directory. Those pages describe that app’s processing.
Website
The site has no account forms, advertising trackers, analytics scripts or embedded social widgets. It does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and artwork are served with the site.
Serving a page sends your IP address and request information to the hosting infrastructure. Access and error logs may contain the request time, URL, browser information and IP address for delivery, security and troubleshooting. A website log retention period has not yet been confirmed; the app retention schedules do not apply to website logs.
Correspondence
If you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments through our mail service. We use them to answer, troubleshoot and keep a record of the request. Include only what we need; never send passwords, recovery secrets or someone else’s private information.
We retain correspondence while handling the request and any continuing dispute or legal requirement. A fixed routine deletion period is not yet published. Contact us to ask about a particular message or request deletion.
Purpose and disclosure
We process website requests to provide and protect the site, and correspondence to respond to you. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be necessary to provide a requested service, pursue a legitimate interest in security and support, or meet a legal obligation. Any consent-based processing will be identified when requested.
We do not sell this information or use it for cross-app advertising. Hosting and email providers process it to deliver their services. We may preserve or disclose information where a valid legal requirement applies. Provider locations, transfer arrangements and jurisdiction-specific obligations remain subject to review; we make no worldwide compliance claim.
Your choices
To ask about access, correction, deletion, objection or other rights available under applicable law, write to privacy@qourat.com. We may need proportionate information to locate the record and establish your authority to request it. You may also contact your local privacy regulator.
Changes
We publish changes with a new version and effective date. Our privacy practices are designed to satisfy applicable requirements; the operator’s legal obligations and cross-border arrangements remain subject to counsel review.
